In the second half of 2008 we will commence running RnR classes.

The beginners level will comprise of two 5-week courses that students can complete in any order.

After completing a full term dancers will advance to the moves of improvers level and get a taste of some real action.

So what will you be learning over the 10 weeks?

  • Rhythm and beat
  • Leads and signals
  • Floorcraft and style
  • Footwork and timing
  • 12 or more dance moves

. . . Plus, how to put it all together so that you look good and feel at ease. Don't worry if these things don't make much sense to you yet. I promise you after 5 weeks it will all seem very natural.

Ready to give it a try? Keep an eye out for when we start by visiting our classes page. It has all the details about when, where and how much for the next course.

RocknRoll music inspired a whole generation of
teenagers in the fifties and still excites people today.

While it's no longer a right of passage into adulthood, jiving to RocknRoll has now become a major attraction for the young at heart.

Nowadays, Rock and Roll dancing is more sophisticated than it ever was but still retains the carefree energy that makes it so addictive. With the right instruction it is also very quick to learn.

A first time dancer can master enough to move confidently and have fun in as little as five weeks.
